Does anyone know who made the late steering motor that uses the two steering cylinders like the one listed on this site?

Do you mean the valve built into the steering box at the base of the steering column, or the pump? The pump that bolts to the back of the generator is the same one used in '57 Chevrolets and possibly some other GM cars of the era.
