Can anyone tell me the hight of an oliver 70? Basically from the ground to the top of the steering wheel. Muffler doesn't matter and with stock size tires. The steering wheel seems to be the highest point. I have looked everywhere I know of and I can't find the hight it anyplace. Thank you,

My 70 RC measures 70" from the concrete floor to the top of the steering wheel.
This is with 12.4-38 tires.

I don't need it real precise. Really I just need to know if it's 78'' or under. Gambles is a good indicator that it is well under this and I probably don't have to worry. Thank you guy's very much. I don't understand why that's not common knowledge. Could be it changed often over the years with slight variations in tire and wheel size or other factors.

Is that magical 78" indicator the height of a covered trailer or the opening of your shed?
(Really none of my business. Just at home today recuperating from a slight flu bug, wasting time and I'm just curious)

Yeah, its the opening height of the garage where it would go. I'm tight on space here and running out of room quickly. Wish I had more but at this point I ain't getting any more. I've always loved the Oliver 70s and now have a chance to maybe purchase one. There are a lot of them at the organization I belong to and nobody ever says they regret owning one of those. Don't think I will either. Good luck with that flu thing. Been fortunate enough so far this year not to get it but I know lot's of folks who have and it ain't fun!

Maybe it isn’t common knowledge because it isn’t functionally important to a lot of people. On the other hand, knowing how high it is to the top of the exhaust pipe when you have it on a trailer is necessary to know when planning a route to haul it somewhere.
