Oliver 770 Front Wheel Assy

I have an Oliver 770 wide front which uses the large cast hubs. I've got new bearings and a new seal to to put on the spindle, but I'm missing one part shown on the Agco Parts book. It's item 18, 1K738, "Cup, Front Wheel Bearing Seal Wearing". The part that I took out is almost entirely rotted away, but it appears to be a right-angled piece of sheet metal that fits around the flange of the spindle.

Can anyone tell me what this part is? Do I need to find a new one, or is there a work-around that people have been using?

Does anyone make these new or should I be looking at scrap yards?

Yes there is a metal sleeve the gets driven onto the spindle. This is the sealing surface that mates up with the seal in the hub. The metal sleeve is still available from Agco just got two last week from my Agco dealer.
