is a 310 cam the same as a 265? need to have cam redone for pulling.

I think they are different(4 main vs. 7 main engine). You can send your original cam to Berry Cam(berrycam.com) in Lester Prairie MN and they will grind it however you want it done from mild to wild. The turnaround time is quick and they are inexpensive.
