Oliver Combine

I have a Oliver Combine Model 40 with a Grain and 2 row Corn head with a gas Hercules flat head engine. Rather than scrap it, perhaps some collector or enthusiast would restore or put it at a threshers reunion site. If anyone is interested, let me know. I am in west central Minnesota.

Engine should be a 244 cubic inch Continental not a Hercules. Is this the corn head that cuts the stalk off?

Your right as to engine, but would have to check on corn head, but I think so as to cutting.

we have a model 35 Oliver and it has an FA226 Continental flathead engine. When it runs it is smooth.

Yes your right, the 2 row Row Crop Oliver Header has 6 sickle sections, 3 sections for each row. My dad had one and I ran it a little bit as a young kid on a 1958 model 35. The head had a S#310209 written on the Parts and Operators manuals and do not know where the head ended up. I still have the 2 manuals and an old sales brochure but no head.
