Oliver white 3 pt problem

My white 2-150 which is the same as some old
Oliver's won't raise the three point after I changed a
leaky hydraulic hose. The hose I changed runs up
from the pump and above the 3rd point then back
down the other side. I cracked it and it has little to
no air in it. I cracked the hoses on the 3pt and it
gets no fluid when in raise. It worked good before
now, only thing it did was bleed off when not in use.
What is wrong here? Linkage seems to move
correctly and I didn't disconnect anything besides
hose. Do I need to remove valve cover from rear or
tractor and inspect? TIA!

You can call anytime, I'm removing the housing cover over the servo valve right now since I have steering and 2000 lbs pressure at the remotes but no 3 pt lift.

May or may not be helpful, but here are a few things to check. 1) check the hose you replaced to make certain you don't have any obstructions. You said you changed the hose, so this may not be your issue, but a bolt dropped in the wrong spot in that hose can prevent it from lifting. 2) some of our whites have a valve that shuts the oil flow off to the lift, any chance yours does and you shut the valve off to change the hose?, 3) most likely the relief valve is broken off and laying inside the top. Easy fix when you get to it, but a real PITA if you have a cab.

If it is the relief valve, don't throw the old one away without trying to reuse it. I've be able to take one that broke off, remove the broken threads, and just screw the old valve right back in. Don't tell anyone that worked because it will likely jinx me the next time. Good luck.
