Don't know about Olivers', but on our Ford backhoe you had to remove the pump. When we did it, we tied a second belt in place for future failures. You can also cut the old one to remove and install an Adjustable Link V Belt.

On mine there are four bolts that hold a drive hub to the front crankshaft pulley. I just take out the bolts and slide the hub forward enough to get the belts on.

Hey Greg, your pump is mounted way different from mine. What engine does yours have and is it four wheel drive?
