Can someone tell me where to get the 2 little springs that go under the throttle lever on a super 77 or should I just try to find some at the local hardware store.Tried to get some there before but had no luck finding compression ones that small Thanks

Korves Oliver has those available. Makes the throttle lever stay in the notches very nicely like original.
