Hello I have a omc mustang 440. Replaced two hoses on lift cylinder now it will not turn could they be related
 
Hello Tro-1, welcome to YT! Not very likely to be related unless you got dirt/foreign matter in the system and it got stuck the wrong place. Here is the hard question, did you refill the fluid after the hose change?
 
no I didn’t refill the fluid after I changed hose. I did check it after it wouldn’t turn and had to add maybe a quart
