orchard plow vs. regular plow

What is the difference between an orchard plow and just a regular bottom plow. I see plows listed as orchard plows and don"t see much of a difference between the two.

The (long) adjustment handles were configured differently so that they would not snag low hanging branches while in operation.

Handles possibly in reverse so branches would slide over the top of them instead of trying to slide under them in the V that they make to the frame. Or Cranks that would not stick up and possibly wheel setup that branches could not get cought in spokes.
