OT-computer question

I've noticed lately that some of the history on my computer is disapearing,usually maybe one day out of the week.I'm the only one with access to it.I just noticed saturday is gone,and it's also missing from the cookie list.I wonder what causes this.

I`m no computer guru, but could it be that someone is using your computer other than you.
If so, maybe they`re deleting your history and cookies so you can`t tell where they`ve been or what they`ve been up to. Just a guess

The browser on your computer is probably set to erase the history and cookies on five day intervals. You can change the setting under tools, internet options. You want to kept the time period short because it junks up your machine
