OT cummins help

I have a 93 Dodge 250 with a 12 valve cummins. I replaced an injector and now it will not start. I have tried to bleed it out numerous times, but it seems like it isnt getting much if any fuel through the injection lines. If I unhook all the lines from the injectors and crank it over I only see maybe a drop of fuel come out every once in a while. Do I still have air somewhere? What things should I check for?

We had overspeed cutoffs on some of the Cummins engines. The overspeed had to be reset before the engine would start. Not sure if the Dodge trucks had this feature. We used about 2 psi air pressure on the fuel tank to force fuel through the fuel system and air out. We ran into this problem every time we changed the fuel filters.

Not to be too obvious, but is the shutoff solenoid operating? It does not open until you hit the starter, it then stays open until you turn the key off.
There is a manual override if it is not working...

Did you bleed the injector lines?

If it's air in the system, try an old trick. A diesel engine will run on WD40, so have someone hit the starter while you spray a few shots of WD40 into the intake. After opening the system to change fuel filters, etc, you can usually keep the engine running that way until the air works itself out.
