Ebay rules

A lot of changes but to whose benefit?

Just found this in the rules. Might explain some of the talk.

We will also continue to require new sellers who registered after January 17, 2007 to offer PayPal or a merchant credit card.

Consider this:::
A new seller registers, sells 4 or 5 high priced items very cheap, collects MO, never delivers them and disapears. Comes back next day with new name and does ir over and over. Ebay is trying to stop this.
