OT: Fordson question

Hi, I came across what I think is a Fordson for sale. I posted some pics and questions on the Fordson discussion forum, but seems that isn't a very active site. Thought maybe someone here might now something about them. Here's a link to that post. Are there parts interchangeable with Ford 800 /801? Can a Fordson engine (diesel) be swapped into a Ford?

From what I have been told, they were a real workhorse in their day! Cheap and trouble free to operate, but that wasn't last week! It would be nice to see someone buy it, rather than seeing another one go for scrap!
