Just got the PTO rear cover tore off. I found that the shaft (with gear) above the large PTO shaft (and matching gear) lost the rear bearing. Any advice for a first timer? How do you all go about making sure all metal shavings are out, etc.?

Boy talk about a noise when it let go - more chatter than a school house full of kids!
