OT--Picture Downloading

Have Windows XP. I can't download a picture from posts that show a small red x within a black square. I've clicked, double-clicked-- right and left; also on "show picture" and no results. Any advice greatly appreciated. Angelo

At the top of your browser click on tools, then internet options.

Click on the advanced tab.

Scroll thru there and see if there is an option that says "show pictures" that is not checked.

I don't have a copy of XP handy to look at, but these directions should get you close.

Dunk, thanks. I followed your instructions and found "show pictures" under the Multimedia heading. However, it was already checked. Angelo
