Looks very much like the one I had at the farm, only mine had a seat on it and it took two to 'tango'--worked well on side hills (after the seat operator figured out how to stay on and work the levers !!

My guess would be black for the hitch and tung
blue for the frame and mole boards and cream for the wheels. It looks like an early McCormick or little Giant,there should be pic's on the WWW
