OT - Pressure Washer Quick Disconnect

I rented a pressure washer, has the brass quick disconnect fittings for the hose and wand, how do I get them OFF ?
On the wand end I can push the collar forward, exposing the ball bearings at the back, but I can't get it OFF. On the other end, I can't seem to move the collar in either direction.

Sounds like the dis-connects have not been removed for a very long time, thus the ballbearings are frozen up in the connectors. Try spraying the connectors with lube or PB Blaster while twisting the connector ends.
Might be able to loosen them enough to get them to work right!!!
Be careful and don't break those, as if they break, ....the rental company, may come back on ya for cost of damage!!!!!~!!! :x

(brass QuickConnect says "China" on it)

That's great....just remember this, if ya ever buy a pressure washer!!!
Ya gotta keep the little quick-disconnects lubed, and inspected for wear on the connecter balls. :lol:

It's a "Water Cannon" brand with a nice Honda engine, that was the only glitch I had.
