Ot- sprayers

Looking for a good 12 volt sprayer 5-15 gallon to put on or behind my riding mower to spray the fence line around my house. Want a spot spray not boom. Any tips or recommendations. Will be spraying roundup and or remedy( probably misspelled but bottle is not near cimputed).

I just bought one from TSC - 15 gal tank on a little trailer, 12v (hooks up to your riding mower battery with clips), boom and spot wand (I think they also have a smaller wand-only model). Real easy to set up and use.

Very satisfied.

1. Around here Roundup concentrate is about $120.00 per gallon out the door. Someone on this site suggested Gly Star Plus at $58.00 per 2.5 gallons delivered. The price may have changed. Glyphosate is the main ingredient at 41% (Roundup is 51%). I called Agra Supply and was told to use at 2 to 3 oz. per gallon. I tried 3oz and worked well, same with 2.5oz. 2oz seems to be ok too but hasn’t worked long enough to tell yet. It takes about 10 days for total kill. I used it with a garden hose applicator found at Lows.

2. I also have fence line weeds so bought a 12 volt pump from Harbor Freight (a little weak but works) and used the wand from an old pump sprayer and some clear hose from Home Depot.
