I'll start with Thanx for whoever it was that came up with adding dish soap to my Killex/pump sprayer. We've got something called "Black Meddick'(sp) that spreads underground and has small yellow flowers and small leaves. It has been flourishing and I have used LOTS of Killex just to keep it sorta under control. This year I tried the 'add dish soap' deal and it works GREAT, sticks to the leaves and does the deed. Thanx again. b

Sounds good, but how much dish soap per gallon?

I sell "wetting agent" which is used in greenhouses for foliar spraying and it basically makes water wetter... I know sounds silly but it spreads the water coverage and allows better coverage on the leaves.

Just a table spoon per gallon works excellent.

Dish soap does the same thing and works great except some in the greenhouse industry don't want the phosphates so they use wetting agent.

"Making water wetter" is not so silly, it's exactly how your bar of hand soap in the bathroom works...unless you're a woman. Then you don't use a bar of soap, you use a beauty bar.

are you sayin i'm a girl cuz I like my beauty bar????
LOL
I have the softest skin after washing the tractor grease off !!!
