Overheating cause?

Could this be the reason for my overheating
problems? As long as I took my time to let it cool
down, we got er done.

Sorry, I don't post very often, even less post
photos. I normally just read and pick up info. So please excuse my posting errors.
What I'm trying to say is that after several years of overheating problems and ruling out suggested issues from this site like coolant circulation,
fan belt slipping, timing, etc., I find it may
just be that the work that I'm asking of the
machine is the cause. That's why I posted before
and after pictures. ":roll"?

My experience in stuff that tall has taught me to check the radiator fins for blockage from various plant materials if the temp creeps up. I keep a brush (and the air compressor) handy.

Looks like a 5' mower on it.
I'm thinking that tractor should run all day in high weeds at 95° temps and not overheat.
If as Bruce suggests, the fins are free of chaff, and if the belt is tight, and if the fan shroud is intact, and if you have checked the thermostat in a pan of water on the stove to make sure it is opening correctly, then my next plan would be to pull the radiator, take it to a reputable radiator shop and have it rodded out.
