Pacer oil pressure low

I have a pacer that the motor was rebuilt-pistons/rings/ bearings etc. Runs good but only has 4-10 psi oil pressure. Messed with the relief spring and got no change with 0-6 washers. Is there anything besides bearings to look at?

Plug a different gauge into the port that supplies the gauge.

Lines seem clear as oil comes out of them if I disconnect. This is my third gauge and reads about 4 psi now. Even with 15w45 oil in it. The relief valve has no effect on pressure. Is this normal for low pressure or should I see a change when I add washers to it?

Since u seamed to have confirmed it’s not the guage then it would be oil pump or brgs. Who did this rebuild? Persons needs to know the brg clearances as it should have been plastiguaged on assembly. And if the cam brgs were not replaced good possibility that can be the problem also. The Rod brgs should be at .0015 . Was the oil pump looked at ?
