hello all, wondering what dupont paint code some of you might be using for the off white used on international tractors from the 60's....a 67' 1206 to be exact. thanks for any advice

I believe when the 1206 was produced IH was still using IH 901, later models used 935, but I do not know when the change occurred. 901 crosses to PPG 8665. 935 crosses to PPG 91607, not 8665 as given in the chart.

8665 is NOT the right color. Do more research before you spend money. It would even pay to have a small amount mixed to see for your self.

So what is?? 901/8665 does not look right in the can, sprayed on it is fine. It has to be 901 or 935.

According to the Cub Cadet guys, 901 white was used until '67. Then 902 was used until '73 and 935 after that. I would expect the color code to have changed on all machines at about the same time. So a 1206 should have 901 white.

Crosses to color numbers from other sources change too often for me to try to keep up with them.
