have a farmall super M, 1952...anyone know paint codes ??? seems everywhere i go they have a different shade of red....

The YT paint codes are incomplete. The 1952 Super M was factory painted with IH 1102b -- I have not seen this color, and do not know if it can be mixed, at least I have not seen a code for it. The older IH 50/PPG 70019/DuPont 7410, and other brands of IH 50 can still be mixed. The newer (1961-up)IH 2150/PPG 71310/DuPont 96766 can also be mixed. IH 201 (also not available premixed) and I do not know the code, if any, appeared on the 460/560 and was used until 2150 appeared in 1961. CaseIH sells 2150, if you want cheaper paint than the major brands. It is higher quality than TSC, Tisco, or Van Sickle, or any other tractor store brand, or any paint sold on this site and is a good compromise between the high dollar paint and the cheaper ones. Problem is it has an orange tint (at least to my eyes) that was not there before the EPA required enviornmental changes. In short, IMO, the "factory correct" colors do not exist any more. So, you can use what is available, or have your dealer custom mix what you think is correct by trial and error.

the paint code with the 50 was available,...i did check the paint codes on this site but no one could cross any numbers,.....thanks for the help,..i'll go with the # 50 code it's local..

The DuPont code on this site is the IH 50 equivalent. The "dulux" means it is alkyd enamel, poor paint that DuPont no longer sells. DuPont 7410 is available in Imron and Centari, among others. IH 50 was used until mid-1949 when it was replaced by IH 1102b.
