paint shade for power unit

I have a power unit for a McCormick - Deering pull type " Harvester - Thresher " what is the correct shade of red to paint with ?

If you said what year your power unit is you might get better answer. Tractors shade of red changed in 1949 I believe.

I don't know the year , the engine is a Y 69 continental 'thermo siphon " cooling , I do have the serial # on the engine tag , the guy I bought it from died about 15 years ago

Is that on a 62 or 64?
