papec hammer mill

i just bought this mill with all the parts to go with it. it came with a belt pulley that fit on my 45 2n. i just have one question.; do you all own one. and can you grind corn cob and the corn in this machine. i have never used one or owned on before this. thanks

I am not familiar with papec.

Many years ago, in my teenage years I worked for a funiture company, and we ground foam rubber in a hammer mill.

I think it will eat most anything you feed it, you will have to feel how fast you feed it to it, according to what it is you are feeding it.

ford5600,A papec hammer mill will grind up ear corn and make good cobmeal feed for livestock.It will do a good job of grinding eared corn if the knifes are sharp.I have ground tons of feed with a 2N and a hammer mill,back in the day.

They are good for grinding whole oats,corn,wheat for feeding livestock.I used one[smaller]to add cheap [free]corner gleaned feed mixed with sacked[expensive]feed.---lha
