paper shims

Hi guys just removed brake drum assembly from axel on 2n only had 1 paper shim does this sound right? doesn't seem to b any damage on shaft end everything looks good only doing 1 side at a time leaving three wheels on ground thanks for any and all help

yes seems to have been fine. just curios if anyone had ever heard of just 1 shim. I will be putting it back together as it was
