Parts never recieved

WANTED! Rob Swartzlander from Watervliet MI . We sent him money for parts. He said he shipped them .A month goes by still no parts. He tells us the parts were quarantined by the post office, because they smelled of gas.He tells us he will ship them again.Another month goes by, then another, still no parts. Paypal expires.Here it is May, still no parts.We report him for Internet Fraud, maybe we will get some satisfaction from there. I guess his phone stopped working , too.

nothing new, he's changed his ID on EBay several times as his feedback gets worse, had dealings with both he and his wife, not my idea of "tractor" people. Hope you come out ahead!
