Well, it is the highly sought after "38 9N" so price should be no object!
Rear tire looks good so there's easily $500 worth of parts there, flooded or not.
Depending on how long it sat wet you could probably dry it out & get it running.

I doubt its a 9N and not a 38. NO smooth hubs and I beam radius rods. But still worth it.

That's what I was thinking too, although I've never dealt with one that was flooded like that.
I'd stick a camera in the cylinders and see what they look like before rolling it over.
Probably worth it for parts either way.
If you have time/space/patience to part it out and sell them.

If the rear tires are matched and both look as good
as the left, and the fronts both match and look
good, then there is $500.00 worth of tires on that
rig alone! At least in my book!
