Parts website down?

Anybody else had trouble with the online Deere parts catalog the last couple days?

I can’t get it to load on 2 computers with different wifi or my phone. Just get the green dots. Sure hope they haven’t disabled it going into harvest. The new site had made me nervous enough they were going to do something dumb anyway had been debating on ordering a few select paper parts manuals I’m glad it’s just a 4640 wear sleeve for the transmission and not a combine part.

Its still not happy. Same 4 green dots loading. Ive been just searching JD parts in google and safari since we have competing brands here like always and it pops up Ive never had it saved as a bookmark although I probably should. I tried the new website as well but it still didn't like the old tractor. The 9670 showed up though so that's going to be fine. Maybe I'll try the wife's phone as that has never looked up parts. perhaps I got flagged for some reason I know they keep carts until you delete them so maybe I made their list. its just strange that 3 different devices one on cellular one on my wifi and one on a totally unrelated network all won't load. Oh well I had to go get an air dryer in town anyway tomorrow ill make the parts guy turn the computer screen around and order it the old way. I did just remember there is possibly a casting number on the bearing race retainer on that top shaft. Race has been in the freezer overnight maybe ill go put that in quick and see if I can search the casting online or even the new website.

Just for grins try the AGCO site. It seems to require a lot of “web horse power” at least my phone pauses a bit to load it. This would just be an attempt to show your access to the web is not inhibited in some way.
AGCO Parts
I just opened up my archaic Windows 7 laptop using Firefox and Mark’s link opened right up. Did you try Mark’s link? I only know enough about this to be dangerous but sometimes your cache can cause your machine to try to access something the same way it had previously. However it only finds the “road block” due to some minute change in the URL. This may be on track but it also may be a bunch of breeze. None of this explains why two different machines on your end gave the same “no go” results. Were they both on a fresh boot up for the day? If you just let your PCs revert to “sleep mode” overnight I would suggest trying a restart.

Yes I did try marks link with the same result.

I quick searched for my 575b challenger lights and it showed up just fine on the agco website.

And I restarted my phone and the computer here earlier this morning right after I sent the first post I remembered I should do a shutdown and reboot
