Who made it? Possibly mfg. in Catlin,Illinois ?

Trolley wheels were more for for horse drawn, but no place for the seat ?

No clue about the mfg. However it is tractor drawn, not horse,as evidenced by the crank and the lift lever at the rear. Probably from the 1920s,or 30s..Lister for dryland planting. they are more common in Texas/Okalahoma,Kansas,Nebraska,Dakotas?.Next question from me: Does any MFGer still make/sell a lister? My dad had one when I was a kid in Kansas. He used it to plant milo.Too dry for corn.
