My computer did a update and I lost stuff and can't find other things ..... I have a real hard time getting on my " case calendar account " it took me 10 min just to sign end ...

SO PLEASE use this account ... [email protected] .... till I figure out what's going on ...

Sounds like a problem with your internet connection. These things will clear up on their own. If you want to do a system restore it depends on what operating you're running on your computer. Are you running on Windows 8?

I think that's what the update was ... it sure makes doing things on the computer a mess ...

While a computer is in the process of loading updates your computer will slow down, or act weird. Go into your settings and set the time to load updates at a time you most likely would not be on the computer. Like 2:00a.m.

try using a different web browser ....happened to me too , this year. Google Chrome is best for me,,,,Firefox next.... Explorer is junk.....
