plow identification

does anyone know what this plow is the only numbers found on it are HTP17A it still has orange paint on it so it might be an allis

Got one just like it. I'm told it's an Oliver. You find the size by measuring across the beams, inside to outside. Will probably measure around 10", 12", 14", 16". Looks like a 12" from the pics.

That is not a Oliver plow. If the right side was shown in the picture, it would be easier to I.D. I think it is a Allis Chalmers, like someone else said earlier.

Its an allis chalmers #2 as said earlier. If you look on the side of the beams it is usally cast into them in real small letter, i believe towards the fron of the beams. Can be real hard to read. To measure the width, measure from one beam to the other using the same point on both beams, ie "center to center". Looks like a good plow!!
