plow shares

Tom, Crescent Forge and Shovel Co, http://www.peak.org/~crescentforge/ , may have what you need but they will need specific information. Look for a number on the back side of your share and moldboard. Also the number off the frog would help me identify which bottom you have. That number is stamped into the frog on the left side near the top 5/8 inch mounting hole (maybe hidden under rust, bolt head and/or brace). At least one of those numbers will be needed to get you what you need. You say it is a JD 613 plow. Is that a number you found on the top of the longest beam? If so, then your plow is a model 52 and, if it is a 12 inch, probably takes a 215 share but the moldboard could be one of several. Please e-mail me if I can help. Kim

I have a #215 share. It is from a #52 plow. It measures 18 1/2 inches from point to end. i think this is the one you are looking for. E-mail if interested. Thanks
