For a long time.  Now that really don't answer your question does it!  Unfortunately the plant did not keep very good records or at least not that the collectors know about.
   I have a piece of literature on the Raydex shares that is dated 1939, it has a couple of paragraphs that point out the new Plowmaster 100 in that it is a economically priced reduced weight plow.  Plow masters are shown with the 66 tractor in literature dated 1952.  The Super series tractor introduction literature show the Super 66 with a 4240 plow.
   Hope this somewhat answers your question.
 
My source says that the 100 Plowmaster was introduced in 1939 and production continued thru the mid 1950s. My personal experience can attest that production was continuous between 1945 and 1952. During this same period Oliver also produced the so-called "heavy duty" plows which were very much like the 100 series except they used the conventional land-wheel axel mounted lift rather that the rooster comb lift. The heavy duty plows always used the swivel tail wheel which was an extra cost option for the 100 series two bottom plows.
