F145H series plows, (JD's first semi-integral plow);make about 63 to 69 ... Improved series F145A plows(69 to mid 70's) had increased clearance for trash, Both- fore & aft. in plow frames, & a little more height in standards, single arm colters were option...

The first semi-mounted plow offered by Deere was the F145H. This was later superceded by the F145A. The only differences I have been able to see are a few less bolts in the frame (using two where three would have been used previously) and a serial number plate. Otherwise, it's the same plow. Mike

Some other differences were the bracket that the hydraulic cylinder mounts on...early ones were fabricated steel later ones were cast. Also the hydraulic hose support was mounted on a piece of spring steel on the back of the hitch support on the pre-1965 models and actually drilled into the casting of the hitch support after that. The 3 bolt standard frames were used in 1970 when JD went into Metric mode on all of their plows (not all metric hardware, rather the standardization of hole spacings, ect)...and serial number tags were in play then also.
Something to be aware of also is a difference of frame designs on various sizes during production. In terms of the 4 bottom design, there were 3 different frame setups used.
