Plug wires

I am getting "shocked" from every plug wire on my 641. It"s run ning extremely rough so I checked to see if each wire was connected good and then....BAM...I put new wires on it last year. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO,,,

Go out when it is dark and take a spray bottle of water and set to the "spray" setting NOT stream. Start the tractor and then spray a fine mist of water around the plug wires. If you have cracks or breaks in the wire insulation you'll see sparks.
