Good Morning: I need help on two items

1. Correct spark plugs for a M-Crawler.
length that threads into head and correct
type.

2. I have a DC case starter that has to be
drilled how can I determine the correct
location for the locking hole and what size
or does someone have a end piece I can
purchase.
