Polyethylene liner

Shoup sells a poly liner, 48" by 20 feet long, 1/8" thick. Has anyone used this in a gravity box? How is it to work with? How does it fasten, with silicon?

Most likely screwed in.

Slip Plate graphite paint would be easier to apply and works good for grain wagons. I'm guessing that poly is for gravel and dirt.

Have used material you speak of in a wider width on the bottom of a manure spreader. Suggested installation was told bolt solidly down on narrow end only, as the material will expand and contract some inches fierce causing what could be some serious buckling.
As far as painting inside my gravity boxes, I weld the holes shut, then paint with oil enamel every three/four years. While the easiest way may be spray the paint on, I prefer to roll it on in a heavier consistency.
Plan is to use more this material in some concrete feed bunks. Plan is to use some sort of a wide trim over the long sides letting the plastic float freely to avoid the buckling.
