Just thought you might not be familar with what Deere made for yse on these tractors. That hitch pictured I thought mine was probably a homemade one of a kind unit untill I saw the pictures.
 
In the AD, you can tell it is an 8N by the rear center disc. Also, those rear tires define it further as a 48 or 49. Firestone Champion Spade Guide Grip style was only used by FORD for the first two years on the 8N, 48 & 49.
