have good spark fuel lines have been replaced carb cleaned and still will not start even with starting fluid

How is the compression? What kind shape is the clyinder wall?
Is muffler port clear?

pop the flywheel off to make sure the flywheel hasn't sheared the key and spun on the crank. A mistimed spark is as good as no spark at all and twice as hard to find.

Check the seal behind the flywheel that it is in place and not loose.
