Power Steering Filter 1963 Ford 4000

Hello All,
I am having a problem getting the correct power steering filter. The one I ordered from YT, and the one that the parts manual says is supposed to fit, is too small around. I went to Napa and they tried to get me close but that filter was too tall.
Does anyone have a good part number (Napa Wix etc) or suggestions?
