power steering

I am installing power steering from a 800 to a 600 never saw how it was mounted on the 800 but could use some help installing on the 600 like where does the pump get mounted anybody have pictures or a web site or any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

should be a pictoral in the manual in the service section.

in any case, the pump mounts at the top right front of the engine. hope you got the top radiator hose/thermostat cover tube as well, as it has a bracket eye that is needed.

Like soundguy says, there are pictures in the manual. It takes a power steering water neck, a bracket, bolt and then a turnbuckle to mount the pump. Let me know if I can help.

probably best to find one to look at like a tractor show or such and take a ton of pictures or I am sure someone here has pics if not I am fixing to tear into 2 of them in a couple of weeks I can send a lot of pics at that point or just some easy outside pics sooner if you need them
