Power-Trol O-Rings

I was trying to replace the O-rings for the hydraulic cylinder couplers on my R. While I was trying to get the O-ring in the back groove it slipped and disappeared. Would it have fallen down in the oil passage? Do I need to take the Power-Trol off the tractor to get it out?
