Power unit engine in a Farmall M

Have a chance to purchase a running power unit engine for my Farmall M. #is UBK 4904. Can anyone tell me if this is a simple conversion or do I need to change anything from my engine.Any other info is appreciated.

Not all units are equiped the same, but probably the rear mounting plate and flywheel. Front cover may or may not need changed. Gov. throttle arm may need changed.
