having problems with the powr trol on my 52 m. lifts very slowly if at all. plenty of fluid when i check but it appears very milky, foamy. i use non detergent oil.
 
I have a '76 JD 500C backhoe and just found somewhat foamy oil and level is an inch above max level. Changed oil 50 hrs ago. Oily seems a bit thin as well. Am just guessing either cracked piston or rings. Engine was rebuilt in '92 and have 5,000 hrs or so since. Started yesterday and ran for 10 minutes, noticed a roadstripe of oil/?? out of blowby tube about 75' following my trail that just stopped. Any ideas??
