I replaced the ferrule. Couldn't find a compression nut that matched, so I used the one I had, as it didn't look bad at all. I tightened the whole assembly up and took the tractor out for spin with my kids. Pressue worked immediately, but changed as the engine rpm changed. I'm assuming that is correct.
The engine seems to have a few... bobbles, in it. Meaning, as it's running it seems like there are pops that randomly come out. But it's running, and I'm sure some experts will be at the show next weekend and will be able to listen to it and guide me on tuning it in.
Thanks for all the help with the pressure gauge and line!
