I have seen ads for tire covers to use to protect the tires from sun damage. Will a tarp do the same thing or are the covers heavier? Thanks

Steve the only thing I have seen diffrent is the tire covers are vinyl covered. There is a canvas that is called sun-forger that is availiable at mast tent any awaing companies that make tents and ect. it is rail repellent and have aUV repelent to it. That is about all I can tell you about this subject.
