PSB Bosch inj pump

Out of curosity how do people destroy a psb inj pump...i've one on my 555 massey harris, i run mine up monthly in summer, plus put it on the discs for about 24 hrs total every year, plus use it to lug hay wagons home, i use standyne fuel lube, , by the way which is better for it stanadyne, or dieselkleen... over winter i empty the fuel tank after a final run up with a double dose of fuel lube.....

The head/plunger wear over time with poor filter maintenance. Most get broken from setting unused awhile with old stale fuel, water in fuel, and/or bio diesel in the tank. Best to run them often, and keep the tank FULL as when full it won't sweat and get condensation water in the tank.

USING WHICH FUEL LUBRICANT....WHICH IS BEST,i empty my fuel tank over winter, in spring i fire up, first hand cranking over engine verifying everything turns... fuel filters changed after a season of use...

my tractor only has 3,650 hrs on it as well...i never run bio diesel, just over the road, undyed fuel... seems like its the lowest cost, along with a double dose of fuel lube.

I use two cycle motor oil, one quart to 30 gallons works well for me.

interesting and wont gum up the fuel lever... how much to a tank full of fuel...i belive its a 30 gl tank
