PSB injection pump hydraulic head replacement

My Cockshutt 570 starts good cold, runs amazing but won 't start hot.
I am assuming that the plunger in the h]pump is worn enough It wont pump enough fuel to start hot at cranking speed.

Has anyone ever tried on of the military heads off ebay?

While it might fit, the head gear may need swapped too as I don't think the military head has the number one outlet in the same position as the 570 has.
